The Evrika Standard

How we actually work - and why it matters.

Premium tutoring is not just more hours. It is a coherent method built on six pillars - the same system we have refined over 15+ years of preparing students for high-stakes examinations.

01

Diagnostic assessment

Every student starts with a professional diagnostic - not a sales pitch. We identify exact gaps, patterns of error and the shortest path to results.

02

Personal strategy

A written plan mapping every week from today to the exam date. What we cover, in what order, and how we measure progress.

03

Examiner-style feedback

Every practice paper corrected the way real examiners mark - with reasons, patterns and next-step actions. No vague "good job" comments.

04

Custom materials

We build worksheets and practice sets on the exact topics the student needs - not generic textbook exercises everyone else uses.

05

Mentorship & coordination

A dedicated mentor coordinates all tutors on the case, communicates with parents monthly, and adjusts the plan as results come in.

06

Personalisation

Programmes adapt to each student's learning style, exam board and target university - never one-size-fits-all.

„E.S. is gaining confidence and understanding of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. The young tutors are subject experts in their fields and are able to connect with our daughter on a peer age level in a high fluency of English. We feel that this has been an ideal preparation for her upcoming IGCSE examinations. Thanks must go to the entire Evrika team. We are truly grateful."

Frequently asked

Everything international families ask.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often from IGCSE, IB and A-Level parents.

Are lessons delivered in English?

Yes. All MENTOR sessions are delivered in English by tutors who understand international curricula and communicate naturally with students studying in English schools.

Do you tutor online or in person?

Both. The company tutors online worldwide. In-person lessons in Bucharest are available for select programmes. Small-group and hybrid formats are also possible on request.

When should we start preparing for IGCSE / IB / A-Level?

For IGCSE: ideally from Year 9 or Year 10 (some families start earlier for math foundations). For IB: from Year 12. For A-Level: from Year 12. Late-stage intensive programmes are also available.

How is progress measured?

Diagnostic at the start, weekly practice tracking, monthly mock papers with examiner-style corrections, and a written report to parents once per month. You always know where the student stands.

What does a typical programme cost?

Investment is personalised, based on the diagnostic assessment, target examination and complexity of the programme. Communicated transparently after the diagnostic. No obligation - you only pay for the diagnostic assessment before deciding whether to continue with a full programme.

Do you help with university applications?

Yes. For A-Level and IB students preparing for university, we offer UCAS guidance, personal statement review and predicted-grade strategy for UK, US and European admissions.

What if we're not sure this is the right fit?

Start with the diagnostic assessment. It's the only thing you pay before deciding - no further obligation. After the diagnostic you decide whether the Evrika Standard fits your family.
